FLOW

FLOW is our foundational vinyasa class — the entry point to the bodyRIOT system and the format that ties everything else together.
You'll move through breath-linked sequences that build strength, increase mobility, and develop body awareness. The heat amplifies the work, helping you move deeper and recover faster. Every level is welcome — modifications are always offered, and the structure supports you wherever you are.
60 builds full rhythm. 90 goes deeper into the practice.

Power FLOW

POWER FLOW is the format that started bodyRIOT — and it still sets the standard.
Expect a faster-paced vinyasa with longer holds, more complex sequencing, and increased intensity throughout. The heat is higher, the demand is greater, and the payoff matches it. You'll build serious strength and stamina while refining control and range of motion.

Hot Pilates

HOT PILATES delivers a low-impact, high-burn workout centered entirely on core strength and control — all in the heat.
You'll work through mat-based pilates sequences that target deep stabilizers, challenge your balance, and build the kind of strength that transfers to everything else you do. The heated environment increases circulation and keeps your muscles warm and responsive throughout.

Mat Pilates

Slow Burn

SLOW BURN is where your yoga practice begins — a welcoming, unhurried class designed specifically for people who are new to yoga or returning after time away.
You'll move through foundational sequences at a pace that gives you time to understand each posture, build confidence with alignment, and start developing real strength. Cues are detailed, modifications are built in, and there's no pressure to keep up. The warm (not hot) environment keeps it accessible from your very first class.

Build

BUILD is our strength-focused class designed to help you move better, lift heavier, and build real muscle.
You'll work through structured circuits that hit all major movement patterns — push, pull, hinge, and squat — using dumbbells, kettlebells, and the FitBench. Everyone moves on the same clock, but you control the intensity by adjusting your weight and pace.
This isn't about racing through reps. It's about lifting with intention, dialing in your form, and getting stronger over time.
Expect a balanced mix of full-body strength work, unilateral training, and core. You'll leave feeling worked from the weight — not from cardio.

Ignite

IGNITE is our high-energy, cardio-first class built to elevate your heart rate and push your endurance.
You'll move through timed circuits that blend bodyweight, cardio, and light resistance work. The pace stays high, transitions are quick, and the focus is on continuous movement.
Cardio always comes first. Weights are there to support the work — not slow it down.
Expect dynamic, athletic movement, a full-body burn, and a strong final push to close out class.

Kettlebell

KETTLEBELL is a 30-minute full-body strength class built around foundational kettlebell technique — accessible for all levels, effective for everyone.
Class moves through a structured warm-up, a strength block hitting all major muscle groups, and a closing flow that ties the movements together. You'll finish with core work and a quick reset before you're back to your day.

Recovery + Mobility
Targeted mobility and release work designed to support consistent training.
FLOW

Dynamic Recovery is your opportunity to reset your body and mind through slow, intentional movement. This session is followed by long-held, prop-supported deep stretches designed to release tension and restore mobility. You'll also explore myofascial release techniques using foam rollers and massage balls — creating an hour of complete, restorative recovery.

Restore
60 min | Warm
RESTORE is guided foam rolling and targeted mobility work designed to help you move better, recover faster, and stay consistent.
Each session works through rolling and release techniques paired with mobility drills — reducing tension, restoring range of motion, and keeping your body ready for whatever's next.
Short enough to stack onto any session. Effective enough to stand alone.

Doors lock at class start time. Please arrive a few minutes early.

To keep the experience strong and the waitlist moving, we require cancellations at least 12 hours before class start time. Late cancellations and no-shows result in a $15 fee and the loss of the session.
Our classes are intentionally capped to preserve coaching quality and space. If you can’t make it, releasing your spot allows someone else to train.
