Everything you need to know about sessions, billing, and membership structure.

  • Your membership includes a set number of sessions every 28 days.

    Sessions can be used across yoga, pilates, strength training, and private contrast therapy.

    This gives you flexibility to train and recover within one system.

  • 60-minute class = 1 session
    30-minute class = 0.5 session
    90-minute class = 1.5 sessions

    30-minute contrast therapy = 0.5 session
    60-minute contrast therapy = 1 session

    You can mix formats however you like.

  • Yes.

    Sessions can be used for movement classes and private contrast room bookings.

    One membership. Total flexibility.

  • Yes.

    All session-based memberships can use sessions to book the private contrast room.

    The room can be reserved for you alone or shared with up to four people.

  • Sessions reset every 28 days.

    We recommend selecting a tier that matches your realistic training rhythm.

    Need more? Members receive discounted additional sessions.

  • Memberships are billed every 28 days.

    12-month memberships lock in your founding rate for one full year.
    3-month memberships offer shorter commitment at a slightly higher rate.

  • 12-month memberships offer:

    • Lower locked-in rates
    • Greater discounts
    • Priority booking
    • Quarterly physical therapy consult included

    3-month memberships provide shorter commitment with fewer perks.

  • Pop-Up memberships don’t transfer — but they guarantee priority access to HQ Founding Memberships (lowest rates + exclusive perks) when presale opens in November.

  • 12-month members may freeze up to 4 weeks per year.
    Unlimited members may freeze up to 6 weeks per year.

    Freeze options are not available for 3-month memberships.

  • Massage and physical therapy are offered at a discounted rate for members.

    12-month members also receive a quarterly physical therapy consult included.

  • Sessions reset every 28 days and do not roll over.

    This keeps training consistent and simple.

  • 12-month members receive 1 guest pass per quarter.
    Unlimited members receive 1 guest pass per month.

  • Founding memberships are limited.

    When spots sell out, rates increase.

    Founding pricing will not return.

  • We combine strength training, yoga, contrast therapy, physical therapy, and coffee—all under one roof. Every class is part of a structured, full-body wellness system designed to support your training and your recovery.

  • Yes.

    Members may upgrade their tier at any time, based on availability.

    Downgrades may be subject to commitment terms.

  • 3-month memberships require a 3-month commitment.
    12-month memberships require a 12-month commitment.

    Early cancellation policies apply per membership agreement.

  • Please cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled class or contrast session.

    Late cancellations incur a $15 fee.
    No-shows incur a $15 fee and the session is forfeited.

    We keep this policy in place to respect instructor time and give waitlisted members a fair chance to get in.

  • 4 sessions works well for once-per-week consistency.
    8 sessions supports steady progress.
    12–16 sessions allows you to mix movement and recovery weekly.
    Unlimited is for those training 4+ times per week.
