Each week builds progressively, combining movement, education, and practical application:
• Breathwork and nervous system awareness
• Sun Salutations (broken down step-by-step)
• Foundational poses and alignment
• Safe, intentional transitions
• Standing postures and hip openers
• Intro to yoga philosophy (in real-life terms)
• Key yoga vocabulary so you’re never lost in class
• Short home practices to reinforce learning
• A student workbook to guide your progress
