Spring Urban Immersion
Mantras, Myths & Movement
A weekend of strength, devotion, and self-inquiry.
Join us at bodyRIOT for Spring Urban Immersion: Mantras, Myths & Movement—a three-day yoga intensive exploring how philosophical teachings are remembered, embodied, and integrated through movement, mantra, and reflection.
This immersion bridges advanced asana and yoga philosophy, helping practitioners approach challenging postures with discernment, sustainability, and purpose—rather than force or performance.
Through intelligent sequencing, mythic storytelling, and contemplative practices, you’ll explore how strength, devotion, courage, and curiosity can shape both your yoga practice and your daily life.

The Experience
Urban Immersion: Mantras, Myths & Movement explores how yoga’s philosophical teachings are embodied through physical practice, mantra, storytelling, and self-study.
Throughout the weekend, students will explore the processes that lead to arm balances, inversions, and other playful yet challenging postures—such as Hanumanasana—as expressions of devotion, courage, and faith in motion.
Practices are supported by:
• Alignment-based breakdowns
• Mobility and strength development
• Progressive sequencing
• Mythic storytelling
• Mantra and meditation
• Reflective self-inquiry
• Restorative integration
The goal is not simply to achieve poses, but to develop resilience, discernment, and trust in your practice.
