Pose Playground is a 2-hour workshop designed for yogis who want more time to explore the mechanics, strength, and confidence behind challenging postures.

Instead of rushing through poses in a regular class, we slow things down and break them apart piece by piece—so you can understand what’s actually happening in your body and approach new skills with clarity.

This month’s featured pose:

Bakasana (Crow)

One of yoga’s most empowering arm balances.

In this session, we’ll explore how to build the strength, wrist resilience, and core integration needed to approach crow with confidence—while experimenting with creative entries, variations, and playful transitions.

This workshop is about curiosity, exploration, and skill-building, not perfection.

What Makes Pose Playground Different

Unlike a regular class, this experience gives you the time and space to truly learn.

Each session blends workshop-style breakdowns with flowing practice to help your body gradually prepare for the peak pose.

Expect:

• Intelligent warm-up and skill-building drills
• Step-by-step breakdown of crow mechanics
• Wrist strengthening and arm balance preparation
• Core integration techniques
• Exploration of crow variations and transitions
• Supportive coaching and individual guidance

You'll leave with tools you can bring back into your regular yoga practice.
