Yes. Your intro includes unlimited private sauna and cold plunge sessions, subject to availability.

Yes. 50–60 minute classes count as one session. 30-minute classes count as half a session. 90-minute classes count as one and a half sessions. During your intro, you are unlimited — so you don’t need to track sessions.

No. The intro is standalone. If you choose to continue, we’ll help you select the right membership.

Yes. All classes are coached and scalable. You don’t need prior experience.

That’s okay. The goal is to experience the rhythm — not attend 14 classes.

We require 12 hours’ notice to cancel a class. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a $15 fee to keep the waitlist moving.
