Every new personal training client begins with a complimentary 15-minute consultation.

This conversation allows us to learn more about you and ensure you're paired with the right coach and training structure.

During your consultation, we'll discuss:

Mackenzie is a Certified Personal Trainer (NPTI-CPT) who believes the best training programs are built around the individual.

She works with people from all walks of life, helping each client find an approach that feels sustainable, empowering, and effective. Whether you're building strength from the ground up or refining an established routine, Mackenzie meets you where you are and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.

As a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, she brings a holistic perspective to coaching—blending strength, mobility, mindfulness, and lifestyle support into a well-rounded experience.
