200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Whether you want to teach or simply deepen your practice, this training is a commitment to growth, discipline, and self-discovery.
September–December 2026
Commit to your practice
Committing to a 200 hour training is a decision that asks something of you.
It requires time, energy, and a willingness to step into the unknown. But it also gives something back — clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of your practice and yourself. You don’t need to feel “ready.” You just need to be willing to begin.
YOU DON’T NEED TO HAVE IT FIGURED OUT
You might be ready for this training if:
You feel pulled to go deeper in your practice
You want structure, discipline, and consistency
You’re ready to challenge yourself physically and mentally
Yoga has already impacted your life
You’re curious about teaching — or simply want to understand more
You want to be in a room with people who are committed to growth
This training is not about perfection. It’s about progression.
Over 200+ hours of in-person training, you will learn:
Vinyasa, Power, Gentle, and Restorative teaching methods
Anatomy, physiology, and safe modification
Breathwork, meditation, and energetics
Sequencing and class structure
Yoga philosophy, history, and ethics
Practice teaching and feedback
Foundations for teaching and building a career
By the end of training, you will be able to confidently lead classes and continue developing your voice as a teacher.
