Turn Your Perspective Upside Down

Inversions are about more than balancing on your hands.

They invite you to build strength, develop body awareness, and discover what becomes possible when you approach movement with curiosity instead of fear.

This 90-minute workshop is designed to help you safely explore the foundations of inversions and arm balances through intelligent sequencing, focused strength work, and accessible progressions.

Whether you're working toward your very first inversion or refining your existing practice, you'll leave with practical tools you can continue using long after the workshop ends.

Meet Lindsay Anderson

Lindsay's teaching blends intelligent movement, thoughtful progressions, and encouraging coaching to create an environment where students feel challenged, supported, and successful.

Her approach emphasizes building strong foundations first, helping practitioners explore inversions with confidence, curiosity, and respect for their own bodies.
