Go Beyond the Flow

Regular classes keep us moving. Workshops give us the opportunity to explore.

Pose Playground is designed for students who want more time to understand the "why" behind their practice, refine movement patterns, and build confidence in challenging postures.

Through a blend of workshop-style instruction and thoughtfully sequenced flow, we'll spend two hours preparing the body and mind for a deeper exploration of Visvamitrasana.

This is your chance to slow down, learn, experiment, and discover what's possible.

Exploring Visvamitrasana

Visvamitrasana is a powerful combination of:

  • Hamstring flexibility

  • Side-body strength

  • Shoulder stability

  • Core integration

  • Arm balance technique

It asks for both strength and softness, effort and awareness.

Rather than forcing the shape, we'll explore the building blocks that make it accessible and sustainable.

Expect focused work for:

  • Hip mobility

  • Hamstring opening

  • Oblique and core strength

  • Shoulder opening

  • Shoulder stability

  • Arm balance mechanics

Whether you're working toward the full expression or exploring an earlier progression, you'll leave with a deeper understanding of how the pose works.
