Choose Your Age Group

Ages 10-14

Monday / Wednesday
3:30–4:20 PM

Focus Areas:

  • Strength progression

  • Intro to load training

  • Structure + discipline

  • Athletic development

Athletes will begin learning foundational strength work using tools like dumbbells and kettlebells in a highly coached environment.

Ages 8-12

Tuesday / Thursday
3:30–4:20 PM

Focus Areas:

  • Movement quality

  • Coordination

  • Bodyweight strength

  • Confidence building

This group emphasizes fun, structure, and learning how to move with control and awareness.

Program Details

  • 2 sessions per week

  • 50-minute coached sessions

  • Maximum 8 participants per class

  • Structured progressive programming

Small groups allow for individualized coaching, safer movement, and stronger connection.
