To keep your body challenged and your brain engaged, we offer a rotating lineup of cross-training options—designed to complement BUILD and IGNITE, without taking you off track.

  • This is mat Pilates, bodyRIOT style—precision-based, form-driven, and seriously effective. You’ll strengthen your core, lengthen your body, and build the deep stability that supports every lift, flow, and movement in your routine.

  • This is cardio dance with purpose—designed to boost endurance, coordination, and joy.
    No dance experience needed—just rhythm-driven movement, good vibes, and beats that’ll leave you sweaty and smiling.

  • Foam rolling, breathwork, and guided movement to support recovery and nervous system reset. Perfect between heavy days or at the end of a training block.
